We do the Christmas comp every year in conjunction with the Concord club. It’s a simple comp. Fly around and time 60 seconds in your head. Perform a touch and go as close to that 60 seconds as possible. Any second either side loses you points. Then climb high, cut the motor and land in the marked out target on the patch. This sounds easy but everyone uses the same aircraft which are Avicraft pranksters. These planes fly well but glide like a sack of spuds so the spot landings are very interesting! Luckily they do as they are designed and keep going despite some heavy arrivals!   As you can see from the pics below though, plenty of other aircraft are flown too.
